Who wouldn’t want to watch a race while taking a dip on a Sunday morning? Our client had been looking for a vacation house when the pandemic hit. They shifted focus to build a ‘staycation’ as an annex to their existing home. This 9,000 sq ft addition holds a natatorium with a 40’ pool, outfitted with a swanky seating area and custom collapsable 120” TV. Outside of the pool house is a kitchenette and dining area with an oversized custom dining table and sideboard cabinet, perfect for hosting a large weekend hangout with the family. The ‘pool bath’ is decked out with recycled glass mosaic floor, custom cabinetry and full height stone slab separating the walk-in shower. Lush greenery helps bring the outdoors in.
