MODERN/LUXURY FIRST FLOOR REMODEL

You know that room in the front of the house that you walk past to get to the part of the home that people actually sit in? Of course you do. Approximately 100% of the homes built between 1960 - 2005 had a ‘sitting room’ in the front of the house that collected dusty furniture that nobody ever sat in. This home was no different. I received a call one day asking me to turn that room into a bar that people would actually want to hang out in. A custom bar, some glitzy wallpaper and a few iconic light fixtures later, this space turned out to be their favorite room of the house.

Many years later, we’ve carried that vibe throughout the rest of the home, creating a sultry, moody ambiance punctuated by texture, high-end furnishings and designer lighting. Featuring designs by Artemide, Laura Kirar, ROMO, American Leather, Foscarini, FLOS and many one of a kind pieces courtesy of local artisans, this house is truly a work of art.
