After coming to the world of design following a career as a professional dancer, Mariel’s appreciation for the arts and level of discipline is unmatched. She brings her love for precision and excellence to design with a background in architectural drafting and project coordination.

Originally from South Carolina, Mariel fell in love with Chicago many years ago and planted roots. Outside work, she loves planning trips just as much as she does taking trips and feels most at home in a dance studio or meandering around a museum.
